    Khan, Amjad

On July 27, 2001, Amjad Khan passed suddenly from heart failure.

    Bismillah Khan Ustad

    The shehnai, a traditional Indian wind instrument, gained popularity thanks to the great Indian musician Ustad Bismillah Khan. He was regarded as a musical prodigy and had played at a number of illustrious occasions, such as the Independence Day festivities at the Red Fort.
